Refund Policy

At ResearchWritings, we work hard to satisfy our clients by offering them excellent academic support. We acknowledge that a refund could be required in some situations. This refund policy covers the prerequisites for obtaining a refund as well as the standards that must be met in order to approve one.

Refunds Eligibility:

  • Refunds will be issued within 10 days of completion or delivery of the order.
  • Refunds will only be taken into account for the specific reasons listed in this policy.

 Full Refunds:

  • If the order has not been assigned to a writer and no work has been started.
  • If the customer accidentally places duplicate orders and notifies our customer support team promptly.
  • If we fail to provide a suitable writer for the order, no alternative arrangements can be made.

Partial Refunds:

  • If the customer cancels the order after a writer has been assigned but before the completion of the project. The refund amount will be determined based on the progress made by the writer and the time spent on the project.
  • If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the delivered work, they may request a partial refund. The refund amount will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific issues raised by the customer.

No Refunds:

  • Once the order has been completed and delivered to the customer, refunds will not be issued unless there are exceptional circumstances.
  • Refunds will not be granted if the customer fails to provide the necessary information or resources to complete the order.
  • Refunds will not be granted if the customer violates our terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer support team via support@researchwritings.com and provide relevant details regarding the order. The refund request will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
